Petitions for the abatement of real estate taxes assessed against the plaintiff for the years 1940, 1942 and 1943. Hearing before a master. It was stipulated that the values of the plaintiffs property during the years named did not change. The Master found that the assessors valuation of the property in 1940 was $45,600, but that this was reduced to $29,800 on the advice of the State Tax Commission. The taxes for the three years appear to have been made on this reduced valuation. The Master found that the full and true value in 1940 was $24,500. In accordance with the stipulation, this value applies also to 1942 and 1943. The Master further found that the ratio of assessed value to market value of all taxable property in Dover, real and personal was, during the years in issue, approximately 60 per cent.
